During the 2022 Spring semester at Northwestern University, the McCormick School of Engineering is hosting a Future Leaders Seminar Series. Executive Leader Sam Miri discusses this enriching event:
The latest research, works and campaigns of early career researchers and future engineering leaders is being showcased in near real time this Spring semester by Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering. Each week, a different graduate student’s works are presented, with a wide range of topics already covered thus far. Sam Miri has been particularly interested in a study on battery power development by Regina Garcia. In the published study, the post-doctoral fellow at Cornell University delves into an interesting take on improving batteries and battery life with the use of electrolytes. Miri encourages engineering professionals and students to take a look at the research, published by Northwestern University’s Materials Science and Engineering journal.
