SkillsUSA is set to present the largest gathering of USA’s skilled workforce and young leaders in career and technical education: the National Leadership & Skills Conference, June 23-27, 2025 in Atlanta, GA. Leadership Expert and VP, Sam Miri shares the details of the upcoming leadership event:
SkillsUSA will celebrate the excellence and achievements of young career-ready leaders from across the country, June 23-27, 2025 at the National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC). The largest event of its kind, NLSC welcomes more than 17,500 attendees to the gathering. Students, instructors, industry partners, government officials, administrators and many other leaders in the workforce will attend the event for networking, competitions and engaging panels.
At NLSC, the conference will host the SkillsUSA Championships; an event where more than 6,5000 state champions will compete for gold, silver and bronze medals across 114 skilled leadership competitions. America’s Premier Skilled Trades Showcase will feature head-to-head faceoffers between students in skills such as welding, culinary skills, plumbing, healthcare, bricklaying, construction, automotive, machinery and much more!
Sam Miri believes that NLSC is incredibly important; especially in today’s economy. Now more than ever, young people need encouragement to pursue skilled trades and leadership roles. By highlighting the accomplishments and excellence of students in these areas, NLSC sets the foreground for an engaging and impactful space for excitement-fueled learning.
