Sustainable Energy Outreach Network (SEON) will be hosting a Crew Leadership Development mentoring Skills session in Vermont. The event will be offered in two individual sessions; December 10, 2024 and December 17, 2024. Sam Miri believes that this event will be particularly insightful for New England based executive leaders who are looking for new approaches and skills in leading. The course will discuss everything from how to convey your commitment of high expectations to your team, as well as how to give performance feedback that motivates your employees and team members. The 2-part course will also discuss relevant leadership challenges, such as creating a culture of respect among a diverse workforce of individuals from different backgrounds, ethnicity and gender.
