A major pillar of an executive leader’s command should be their team-building capabilities. But once your team is built, what’s the next step? SVP of Omnichannel Strategy Sam Miri knows all too well that the next step is ensuring that you retain that winning workforce. At an upcoming event, executive leaders will have the chance to be mentored on critical ways to retain a workforce:
Sustainable Energy Outreach Network (SEON) will be hosting a Crew Leadership Development mentoring Skills session at River Valley Technical Center in Springfield, Vermont. The event will be offered in two individual sessions; April 17, 2024 and April 24, 2024. Sam Miri believes that this event will be particularly insightful for New England based executive leaders who are looking for new approaches and skills in leading. The course will discuss everything from how to convey your commitment of high expectations to your team, as well as how to give performance feedback that motivates your employees and team members. The 2-part course will also discuss relevant leadership challenges, such as creating a culture of respect amongst a diverse workforce of individuals from different backgrounds, including ethnicities and gender.
