BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, has made a bold move to expand its leadership structure—adding 20 new members to its global executive committee. The expansion comes alongside the creation of a new senior management committee, designed to strengthen collaboration and accelerate decision-making across the firm’s global operations.

In a memo from CEO Larry Fink and President Rob Kapito, BlackRock stated that the move was part of its effort to “unlock the full potential of talent” and prepare the organization for future growth.
